I think if you take Jurassic Park III too seriously, then you aren't going to enjoy it. Unlike The Lost World, it wasn't too help continue the story of its predecessor, but just a fun action movie.

The only way we can achieve this scientific possibility is through completely designing the genetic codes from scratch, and developing animals based on the structure of these codes from that, which is very hard to succeed in at the moment. But, maybe we should all consider Ian Malcolm's words:
