I hate customers like that. We had one today that claimed he had paid for a supersize meal, when in fact he had only paid for a large. I even gave him his receipt but he still wouldn't believe me. It's only 20 pence difference, is it really such a big deal? Especially when the stupid idiot was WRONG!
