Yeah, but they weren't in TLW. /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" /> /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />

"And as we're straddling from one deal to the next, who's got his eye on the planet, as the air thickens, the water sours, and even the bees' honey takes on the metallic taste of radioactivity? They usually have more than one consultant.

As long as Horner retires from it, everything's peachy. /biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" /> lol

All of those palaentologists are superb ideas to consult for jp4. I just don't get why Horner is still the main consultant for JP when he totally bitches about the entire concept of the movie nonstop!

We all know JP isn't possible. Just because Horner is famous and an expert at the subject doesn't mean he can't get over it and enjoy the movie for what it is, just because it isn't a National Geographic documentary.

Yes, Don Lessem should definately be in on the movie! (i believe he helped on the first). I really like a lot of his theories and conceptions about dromeosaurids!

One thing here. We don't actually know JP isn't possible. The truth is, Micheal Crichton wrote Jurassic Park because he found out it really was scientifically possible in theory, although the likelyhood of success is very small. His typical writing approach is to research what he writes about, and uses those details to make a believable story.

Sorry, forgot about that. I should remember to give Crichton more credit in his story writing. We should, however, assume it can't be done- because of the low chance.

The only way Horner should be involved is to have him giving a speech about the Tyrannosaurus (explaning how it was not a hunter, of course), and then have the T. rex come through the wall and eat him.

Horner hints at Reptile People in JP4
SUBMITTED BY Timbo

October 17, 2003 — A Minnesota Public Radio listener submitted this interesting, if questionable, tidbit about Jurassic Park 4:

Someone called in with a seemingly odd question for guest Jack Horner on Minnesota Public Radio's Midmorning show. Horner is a renowned paleontologist who has served as an advisor on the Jurassic Park movies. The caller said he remembered something in one of his high school science books from years ago, a drawing of what humans may have looked like if they had instead evolved from dinosaurs. Jack was amused, but didn't really have much of a serious answer. What he did say is very interesting. He said to keep thinking about that for a couple years, and then go and see Jurassic Park IV! So, if he is involved again with the movie, and I would assume he is, then this could be a nice little hint of what's to come! Lizard people? Crazy.

Source: Minnesota Public Radio

Listen to it here, he does say it.
