What about The Abyss, and Solaris? I thought those were pretty lame.

Why not Richard Attenborough?

Alex Proyas or David Fincher, the only two people capable of making the "dark" Jurassic park I've always wanted. Another dream wish might be Tarantino, but his action style is far different.

I think Steven sould by far, Jurassic Park is his movies, the first two were the best the third was one of the worst movies I have never seen. (Tea Leoni sucks...bad)
Another Director would be good if it was someone like Joel Scumacher (lost boys was so good) But I would still prefer Steven to do it.

No Schumacher, let him keep to his element, which does not include dinosaurs. He would not be good for the franchise I can tell you that now!

Jan DeBont could do it. His movies might not be the greatest, but they're entertaining. He's already worked with Speilberg & Crichton on Twister.

I think Jan DeBont is slipping, I mean, the last film he directed was Tomb Raider 2. I'm kind of curious to see what Victor Salva would do. I thought his Jeepers Creepers movies were decent horror flicks.
