I was wondering where your gas comment went. I didn't change it, though.

Anyway, my IGN quip is now dated since so many other sources have reported the same information. At the time, it was the only place I had read the news, and IGN has a bad track record when it comes to reporting on every single rumor thrown out there (look at all the damn "who's the next James Bond?" articles).

Haha, yeah that happened a lot when I first got IPB at Galactic Basic. We kept pressing edit instead of quote /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" />

Spielberg: Some of JP4 Rewritten
An eagle-eyed reader points out a casual mention of JP4 in a story today at Ain't it Cool News. In a interview talking to Harold Ramis, AICN's Quint makes an offhand mention to Steven Speilberg, saying that the director "[doesn't] like early script reviews [posted online]", and was forced to "apparently... rewrite some of JURASSIC PARK 4 to keep some of the twists and turns fresh because of a review on the site." (Thanks Doug)

I hope this means were still not getting dinosaur mercenaries, this doesn't sound good.

if they really went through with that...it would destroy all the efforts of the first two to distinguish dinosaurs as animals and bring them away from the "monster" image

but what ideas could they be trying to implement now? that's what concerns me

we'll have to wait to find out i guess

So they really wanted to do it. Bad, very bad. Infact, I'm hanging off the balance of my continuation for backing this "so called great idea". Seriously, I hate the whole premise. They are only doing this for the money and lack of dignity. This only confirmed that they will be using the same idea, only with different scenes now. I say drop the whole project cause I WONT BE WATCHING IT. I've made my decision. /dry.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="<_<" border="0" alt="dry.gif" />

Hold on, save your judgment until we actually get an official plot outline. They probably are doing this just for the money, but you never know what some one has up their sleeve. All Spielberg said is that he wanted to use the motorcycle scene from TLW, he didn't say anything else. Also it's been an entire year since that script draft was written. Alot of script revisions can happen over the course of a year. It's probably nothing like the first treatment now. That's why I don't get why everyone was so shocked by that AICN review. It was an EARLY script draft, the early drafts always suck.

So if we do get an official plot outline that still stinks, feel free to bash it. But until then, don't jump to conclusions.
