Actually, they really aren't unlockable sadly, atleast not yet. The closest anyone has ever gotten was getting the iguanodon to show up in the hatchery menu, and even then it was just a big white blob, prabably cause it doesn't have a working skin. The same goes with pretty much every pre release content in it.
