I DON'T mean cloning dinosaurs, if you read what i wrote

There are say 30 species of dinos on the JP islands. THIS IS WHAT I MEANT:

THEY KILL OFF ALL 30 SPECIES BUT BEFORE DOING SO, THEY HAS THEIR DNA (which you can get from taking a blood sample) TAKEN FROM THEM SO THEY CAN BE CREATED AGAIN (by other scientists or the government)

I never effing mentioned cloning.

And you should think about what you type to Smith:

You say that it should be absolutley nothing to do with Isla Nublar/Sorna's dinosaurs, yet you also want it to be about Ingen's Dinos, but have nothing to do with the islands.

Make up your mind

Also explain what you want JP4 to be about. I'm intriged

What do I want Jurassic Park 4 to be like? I was disappointed with Jurassic Park 3, mainly it didn't have the 'Jurassic Park' feeling to it; even though Alan Grant was back. I really enjoyed the Lost World (the novel) and it would be cool to have a story somewhat like that.

I have a plot, but dont want to release it (I'll be using it in a fanfic I plan on writing soon).

There's no island so The Lost World's story is over. Sorry to crush your dream ending.

But you can still have nothing to do with the islands (no want sides)! Either you can have a breif island setting for about five minutes, or you can have an already previously escaped dinos going roar!

Or you could have a opening narration explaining how the Dinosaurs got off the islands. Good way to incorporate stuff from the first novel.

Well, on the original subject, I think the series should have a closed ending, so I can know that the JP series ended before I die, which is my main hope in future JP movies. Actually, I would prefer JP movies to continue being made, so long as they are made well and add to the series. However, that probably won't happen, so end the series before the movies really suck. I mean, JP3 has been hated and flamed by most JP fans (not me), but JP3 wasn't really a horrible movie. Most JP fans are upset that it wasn't up to par with films 1 and 2.
I think that TLW should be the minimum standard of JP movies. Once the ideas get stale (which is already happening, unless we get some real creative geniuses in charge) and, say 2 movies in a row turn into mindless JP3 clones and worse, the series should be ended with a real good movie, to make up for the past 2 duds, and leave no doubt that the dinos and their DNA have all been destroyed, perhaps with some sort of laws limiting dino cloning or something, and if any more JP movies (prequels will hopefully have been made, completing the back history by then) should be disregarded by the JP community.
That was long and probably made 20% sense.

I'd have to disagree. I really hope that JPIV has an open ending. I don't mean open like, someone walks away with a can, or some raptors are loose on the mainland, I mean that one of the islands is preserved. I think it is necessary to leave at least one of the islands preserved to stay true to the JP theme, I want the ending to show the preserved island, with a speech from Malcolm in the back ground. I want it to let the audience know that it is the end, but that the dinos will live on. If we go the other way and eliminate all the dinos then we're missing half of Jurassic Park (other half the characters), I really want to leave the theatre fully satisfied with the series.

We know that the new film is set in a city - so many people will die from more than just a T-rex.

But after this incident, there's bound to be a new law, lead by the people who suffered loses, to get the islands destroyed. So the governmnet will take the DNA, making it seem that the dinos are gone forever...

You know the ending of the Jurassic Park novel left an open ending. With rumors about raptors on the mainland.
