Eh, it wasn't that great. The best thing to come out of the prequel trilogy was Star Wars Clone Wars. There's more excitement in those 3-minute cartoon episodes than there has been in the past 3 films.

Amount of action isn't the only factor to be taken into consideration when deciding if a movie is great or not.(I know you probably meant it was just one reason, but still, a movie doesn't have to be all action to be great.

(I'm not sure if that's what you meant by excitement.)
