Okay, I've decided to post the whole script again in JPLegacy instead because it seems that there's
barely anybody reading this thing, knowing that there's really only a few people visiting this forum anyway.

It's your choice, man. But you're not going to get people to show more interest by moving it to another forum. Primarily because all JP forums are about the same these days regarding activity. Not to mention that we started this, and it was your choice to take it over. If you wanted the rest of us to contribute like we planned, you should have waited for us to finish the things that made us so busy. I looked back on page 10 to see that you threw the script that Chase and I were working on right out the window and started everything from scratch. You didn't need to do that. Again, it was your choice and it's not our fault that you did all that work without any help.
Actually, since your script is completely different from the one we started with, you can go ahead and post it somewhere else if you want. Then I think I'll try conitinuing work with Chase's original script and post it here. Chase, if you're reading this, I hope you overcome your writer's block and help me out again.

I did actually start with your script idea, but I, like many others, thought that it was already done in JP3.
I did wait quite a long time, but received no replies at all(I imagined that you atleast had a bit of time for that, unless your work completely consumes you, which I find odd, knowing when I have the ability to post even when in school). I can still post the rest of the script if you want, though. Still, my modified version will appear in JPL.

You never said anything like that. All you did was create an entirely different idea and throw ours out. We had an..ok..script going for about a page, and then you started coming up with new premises. The point where you threw our script out was your post on 10.22.2005. When you wrote "The movie opens to Dodgson watching a team through a video link" it showed that everything we had written and were tweaking to make it work was gone.
Don't get me wrong, though. I have nothing against you writing your own version. I admire your creativity and ability to come up with all that. However, this was supposed to be a group project. That means that we can't make huge changes like that unless we all agree.
You said we didn't reply for a long time. Well you're partially right. If you go by dates, then it might be seen as a long time. However, we actually did reply to all the work you were doing. If you look back on the pages you can see that we replied after each 1 or 2 posts you made. Some of us had suggestions for you to consider, but you didn't accept any of them. You kept the script the way you liked it instead. You even completely ignored Chase a couple times. He even said this: "I feel that what I put in isn't taken seriously so i'll just continue to pittle untill called upon! so Later! /unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" /> "
I actually think you should finish your script in here as well as in JPLegacy too. I mean you started it, so you might as well finish it. However, once you do finish it, I will bring back Chase's original script and continue where we left off. I wouldn't want to rip anyone off so we'll come up with a premise for ours too. You can help if you want, but you can't make big changes like you did last time. If you're going to help, you can make suggestions like the rest of us, but you can't create huge premises or actual script pages.
Chase, you said you'd be back when called upon. Well, I'm calling on you. Come back...please? /unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />

I know it is everyone's project because I made it clear several times. My original plan was to keep the idea of the beginning in your script as a base and expand upon that. The thing still is that I WAS asking the others to help me out. Instead, no one presented any ideas so I was left to work on my own. And that's how it unfolded. I really did ask several times, but everyone were simply too busy. I can help out with your script if you're going to continue.
It seems that we incidentally created two completely different ones, so I'm also going to propose the following: How about we finish the two scripts and then try to combine them?

People did offer some help:
Chase made a suggestion on page 10 on 10.18.2005. That time you listened to him. He made another suggestion on page 11 on 11.05.2005 but that time you completely ignored him.
Nissin made a suggestion on page 10 on 11.02.2005 and you ignored her. She checked in several times to say a few things and what she thought of it.
pack_raptor made some suggestions on page 11 on 11.04.2005. You acknowleged it, but didn't accept it. He gave more suggestions and advice on 11.29.2005, but you didn't have much to say about them.
I also checked in a few times to see what was going on. I had some comments as well. I couldn't think of any good suggestions because it seemed that you already had the whole story planned out in your head. It looked as though you already knew where you wanted the story to go and suggestions would be in vain.
You said you wanted to keep our orignal beginning and expand on it. It shouldn't be one person's job to expand the entire thing. We should all work together to expand it. You should have stayed with us going at our pace. The way we were going, we would consult with each other to continue the script. What you did was take it upon yourself to create everything and have everyone comment on it.
I'm not sure what you mean. If you mean taking the best of both scripts and putting them together to form a new one, I don't think I would like the way it would turn out. We'll end up with 3 different scripts. Not to mention it would be hard to make it flow nicely. Each script has its own pace and feel to it. I dunno, I don't really like the idea of combining 2 complete scripts.
I say you finish yours and have everyone comment on it. We'll help you perfect it and correct any mistakes or fix things that don't work. Then maybe you can post it in a new topic for people to view it. After that's done I'll bring back Chase's script and start work on it in here again.
I would apreciate your help. However I must ask you not to make huge changes. For example, don't create entire plots/premises and don't write parts of the script. What we'll do is talk about what should happen next and when we agree on something, I'll write the corresponding part in the script. Unless Chase would like to do that. I'd prefer if it were me or Chase that wrote the actual script parts.
