Back on topic...

My own personal logo, that is, for Fanfic and what not, is a Carnotaurus skeleton, and under the words 'Primal Hunt' (the title of my story) there are choppers flying over the jungle, in the place of the Pteras. If on film, the logo would appear, without the skeleton, lightning would crackle in the background and the Carnotaurus would shimmer into view.

As for JPIV, I'd have to go Spino. I just like following the pattern:

JP: JP Logo, Rex skeleton
TLW: JP Logo, but crusty and crumbly, Rex skeleton
JPIII: 'Modernized' JP Logo, shiny and steely, Spino skeleton
JPIV: Shiny and steely JP Logo, but rusty and scratched, Spino skeleton
If extinction applies, maybe comets in the BG?

And I still say throwing it into JP4 would be ridiculous, because that would be too-damn-many Raptors, and it would just be some lame reach for a cheap thrill like Spinosaurus was.

NOT saying I dislike Megaraptor (I actually am somewhat a fan), I'm just saying if you don't want JP4 to become a second JP3, then you won't want them in there.

Besides, the fact is it's not known for sure if it was a Dromaeosaurid yet. It may not even BE a Raptor, but just an adult Unenlagia.

Maybe a ruined visitor's center?

I beg to differ.
This is obviously a quick and dirty job, but I think such a design could be pulled off and made to look good.

Sorry for bastardizing your pic, Alex, but it beat making a new logo from scratch.

Feh... :-

I dunno, if you want to go that way, have the Visitor's Center at the bottom. Tradition demands a skeleton...

Personally, I say just put the Velociraptor on the logo. I mean, there's going to be no middle ground in this T.rex/Spinosaur bitching (Spinosaurus isn't even confirmed to be in the fourth film, but a return to T.rex would apparently "hurt Spiny's credibility" if he is), and Velociraptor is long overdue for the logo shift. It HAS been right up there with the T.rex as primary human-hunter since the beginning, after all.

We're still faced with the problem of the tyrannosaur return seeming senseless and the spinosaur return disappointing a lot of fans.

The raptor wouldn't be bad. Maybe a main one in the front, and several others "lurking" in the back.
