You are very right! The film are doesn't make sense. Remember the part after Dr.Grant whistler that raptor sound thingy and then all the raptor ran away, and then, there's one man standing on a beach. I mean who send him there when there's no vehicle around him. But then suddenly, there's the navy vehicles came out of no where. I think if you take Jurassic Park III too seriously, then you aren't going to enjoy it. Unlike The Lost World, it wasn't too help continue the story of its predecessor, but just a fun action movie.

But the story's what has always kept the series interesting to me.. Yeah, the action sequences are nice, but I remember the plots of the first two movies more than individual action scenes.

Well, i know of atleast 1 person that'll tell you he loved it "Oviraptor"

I don't watch it as a JP movie, more of like a moster movie with dinosaurs

The first 2 movies had a certain feel to them that made it feel like "your watching a Jurassic Park film" this one didn't have that feeling

I hate the fact that they went and changed all the dinosaurs appearances ( we didn't need new colors, evolution doesn't work that quickly)

The kid besides being able to survive for soo long, does not ever seem to be afraid like a normal kid would

They left ALOT of questions unanswered, like the stupid director decided"hey lets do this and lets do that" without any storyline or reason to try and make it fit at all

If Grant was going to dream about the raptor, how did he know what the new raptors look like??? wouldn't he of atleast seen the raptor he came face to face with???

I loved the way the Pteranodons looked like in the end of TLW, too much of a drastic change for the new version (i'm not saying it didn't look good or anything, but come on)


I'm sure there are others, but can't think of em right now....

I'm not saying i hate the movie, I like it in its own "special" way, but IMO is the weakest of the 3 films

They never let the raptors out into the wild to actually see how they hunt, and there was too much foilage to see in the pen, so how would he have any idea that they hunt the way Grant said earlier in the movie

it wasn't meant to be. There was no Crichton in thefilm except for characters and the name. The movie was horrible.

I actually thought that the movie was a pretty good adaptation of the novel, and an excellent example of adapting books to film. The movie had most of the major characters from the book (although a lot were in lesser roles), and the main action remained the same. Even the basics of the social concepts presented in the book were in the movie. I still consider the movie a "lite" version of the book.

Don't even compare that filth to the book. Yes they used scenes from the books but they screwed those scenes up. The river scene. That should've been Rex
