David Koepp co-wrote Jurassic Park's screenplay with Micheal Chrichton. He also wrote the script for Jurassic Park:The Lost World. Some other films that he's written include: Spider-Man, Mission Impossible, Snake Eyes, Panic Room, and most recently, War of The Worlds.

My guess is that he was writing Spider-Man and didn't have time for JP3. Or he didn't care about writing JP3. But that's just my assumption.

They never cared about the script but still did the film, and let me remind you, they did it very sloppily for no other reason than turning Jurassic Park into a cheap action franchise. If this really is the case I don't think they should do a 4. I think it's pointless at this stage. And Spielberg will not do it. Never. And I understand why. These films served their purpose a long time ago, plus TLW's ending was perfect to seal the series. It was nothing else than stupid money milking from Hollywood after that.
With the way things are moving(and after Dennis Muren's maddening interview /mad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="

" border="0" alt="mad.gif" /> ), the only respectable person in the whole production at this point is Stan Winston. I really admire the guy for being so loyal to these films. Plus, he sounds like a nice guy. I'd watch any JP sequel just to see his creations. /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
