Yeah the neck is too long. It's probably a Galimimus, judging by its shape.

what about those crests above the eyes?

Look at the image I posted first, and then look at the second image. Both are of the same dinosaur, but from different angles. At least it appears that way.

Those aren't crests, it's head is leaning sideways.

i know that. i'm not saying they're big crests, but they are there


(p.s. i'm not implying that it's Dilophosaurus, i never thought that and i don't think that now)

It has to be biped, but the arms are very large or at least the fingers...

And the spine is bothering. It sure has not a spinosaur head..

Gallimimus is very feasible, it would have to be a young one, not newborn (could have died after some weeks, since i dont think those tanks are for the developing of the embryo but somekind of the typical museum of failed experiments, so the malformations could be explained...
