well actually it's not too bad, there have only been 5 deaths so far this year, and in total since 1995 there have been only 66 die in the wild which is pretty good considering that these are captive bred animals being released to survive.

well at least they're still prospering right?
is there a reason why they died or was it just inadequate adjustments to the wild?

I really don't know, one is from predation it got caught by a coyote I think on the ground, the others I don'tknow but I think poisoning is in there as well.
