I said Liopluerodon. After all, according to some new discoverys, it may end up being the largest predator known to science as well as the 2nd largest creature to have ever inhabited the Earth.

I'm not really too keen on the notion of aquatic animals. I don't remember there ever being any mention of aquariums in any of the Jurassic Park maps, and if there were any they'd be somewhat noticeable...these animals would need HUGE tanks (a Liopleurodon or a family of Elasmosaurs would need a territorial area of a few square miles, any holding tank would take up a large percentage of the island). Plus, wouldn't said tanks have fallen into disrepair and the animals wherein been left dead from neglect? The rivers are all freshwater and too shallow for anything beyond crocs. And having them out in ocean pens is a horrible idea; why on Earth wouldn't they have migrated farther out to sea in the 10+ years since the facilities failed? A gigantic Mosasaur isn't going to lurk around a coast for over a decade so that it can conveniently pop up in film #4. The sort of prey befitting of its appetite are way out in the deep blue, after all.

Big aviary is believable. Big aquarium...what? No.

you're right Nagisa, so a large aquatic reptile,whichever one it will be, attacks some boat out in the ocean thereby making it necessary for someone to go back to the island and then while they're there the raptors will attack and some other new dino will be introduced. possibly sentient troodons?

Megladon!!!!!!!!!!!!! If a t-rex went into water it could easliy take it down. Neither on e of them really has an advantage because t_rex could swim quite well and defend it self.

Megalodon (see how I spell it?) was not a coastal animal. It lived way out to sea. Ergo the likelihood of it ever meeting a dinosaur is pretty damn close to zip.

T.rex being an excellent swimmer? I know it's been suggested, but I thought that theory was shot down long ago.
