I dunno, I think they should incorporate it into education. Obviously not sendign kids off to fight, lol, but the discipline aspect would probably sort out a few of those rebellious types.

I agree drafting is stupid, and should remain illegal. I for one can't be because I am the only son and I got piss poor vision, bad knee, bad back, bad shoulder and a bad temper lol
