That's all up for debate really, but according to a cutscene from TLW (The Missing inGen Boardroom meeting scene) they're all dead. So it depends what you want to go by really. Since the cutscenes were restored.

In the books, they are dead. Crichton clearly shows the island facility being bombed.
In the movies, it's not quite so clear: as we never actually see this, the inGen board might not be being as truthful as they would have us believe.

Also remember is JP3 someone asks Grant "So there's two islands with dinosaurs on them?" But he never does give an answer. As far as I'm concerned the dinosaurs are still alive. They could quite easily adapt like the ones on Isla Sorna did.

Oh they sent all that military for escort?

Oh, and: tyrant_lizard_king, in JP3 that person (can't think of who) don't know what the hell they are talking about (Macy maybe?)

You're right Sorna didn't get bombed but in the movies neither did Nublar at least as far as we are told.
