Okay, after watching Walking With Dinosaurs, and Chased by Sea Monsters, I seem to notice of the sizes of the dinosaurs that they state them at. Firstly, the size of Liopleurodon, in there they have him at a gigantic size of 80ft and weighing a collosal 150tons. Yet, when I read up to date files about Liopleurodon, and I've even spoken to some people who have access to specimens, whom state that the size shown of Liopleurodon in WWD, and CbSM's is inaccurate, in fact the animal is only about half the size of it's portrayal, meaning it was only up to about 12-13 metres, still a monster, but not it's Godzilla like form. I also believe that Kronosaurus is also around the size of Liopleurodon, if not larger, maybe someone who has more access to the real things more than I do can shed some light into this.

I've also watched a documentary, or something to that degree involving Characadon Megalodon, I've seen so many sizes to his ancient and in my opinion the most scariest sea creature to grace our world, its been sized at 40ft to a ludicrious 150ft lng. However, from what I've read, talked to, and watched, the ranges of 55-70ft although it is a large gap, they have very heavily good theories and evidence to make it plausible imo. Hopefully oneday we may be able to get a more complete specimen of Megalodon found, I pray..as it will be next to nothing with sharks...but I'm still hoping.

From what I've gathered, this is my belief of their sizes

Elasmosaurus - 12.5 metres
Liopleurodon - 12-13 metres
Kronosaurus - 12-13 metres
Basilosaurus - 21-23 metres
Megalodon - 18-24 metres
Sperm Whale - 21-27 metres

This is my assumption from what I've read, I was just wandering if anyone else thought the same as I did or believed differently otherwise, please state your own opinions, as I am curious on everyone elses thoughts about these predators. Although I strongly still believe that the Sperm Whale was arguably the largest, by far the most scariest and in my opinion the most dangerous would've been Megalodon, to me, a shark that resembles much of the Great White but at that size is just scary.

The Liopleurodon is all speculation. They've found a new skeleton in Mexico that is as big as Kronosaurus, but still from a young specimen. The largest excepted size is 60 ft long & about 50 tons. The 82 ft monsters in the show comes from the belief that very old individuals may have gotten that big. But actually Walking With Dinosaurs isn't the only one suggesting those estimates. Many recent dinosaur books have stated such sizes as well. Its more on the opinion of the respective paleontologists. None of them know for absolute certainty that Liopleurodon got that big, its just the theory of the scientists who consulted on the show. Just look how many scientists debate on the maximum size of the Supercroc Deinosuchus. Most scientists believe it got up to over 50 feet in length, while others don't believe it was much over 30 ft. Its all opinion. I for one at least think its possible.
