Hooray for snow! It's been snowing for three hours. It took me a while to try to go to class. It's 25 degrees out, the wind chill makes it 13.

I'm in Santa Fe, and, although it may be a blessing, the day(s) after is just a huge mudhole. Born and raised in New England, so it's no big thrill for me.
Though, they did shut down campus for the first time in the three semesters I've been here.

Well, it's about -15 degrees here in the morning, later about -5 degrees, everything is covered with snow for already 2 weeks.

It's been a long time since we've had a big snow here. Stupid Kentucky weather. One day it'll be 30 degrees and snowing like hell, the next day it will be 65 and sunny.
The great thing is though, we get major snows so rarely that we're not well prepared for them, and we've got so many little country roads that get really icy. All it has to do is a light dusting and half the state is out of school. /biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />
Except when you're in college. I think the snow has to be at least a mile deep before they cancel college classes. /mad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="
