You can't find it anywhere. I've been looking for it for years.
It was included in the theatrical release at the end of the movie. When they brought it to video/DVD, they changed the ending around. They took out the T-Rex breaking through the wall to make it more of a surprise. They also rearranged the shots so that it would work out that way.
They could have a copy of it somewhere, they might not. We can only hope that they someday release it to the public as a special feature.
If you bought those DVDs just for that scene, then you wasted your money(Sorry)

You probably can't find it anywhere because it doesn't exist. I saw Jurassic Park in the theater 4 times and not once did I see the T-Rex breaking down the museum wall. I think it's just a rumor started by fans who thought that scene was unbelievable.

Really? I had a friend a while back who said he saw it in theaters, with that scene included. He said it was the greatest thing he'd ever seen(which is why I started looking for it.
I believed him because he was too young to have a reason to lie about it.(We were in middle school at the time)

I have seen it too, only once in 1993 of course. Precisely in trailer emited in Polish TV, in the end of this trailer JP logo flashes in red colour - it's the only I remember (I was very young). Check out
"alternate versions" section in IMDB:
The 1999 UK DVD double box set release of both the Jurassic Park films featured a number of deleted scenes not featured on any release or test screening beforehand. There are also a number of outtakes unseen before included on both films.
Anyone have this release? Maybe this lost scene is on this DVD, unfortunetly i can't check it;/

No evidence of such scene exists. If it did, it'd come through the plastic tarp that the one Velociraptor came through.

For some reason, I thought I saw, in a TLW trailer, a shot of a T-Rex raise its head from below offscreen above the jungle canopy. The almost the entire screen was consumed by its massive head, with the exception of a dark, stormy, Isla Sorna in the background. It roared and the screen faded to the TLW cracked rex logo.
Odd.......

I heard too many people (for example, Beeurd) who said that they seen this scene to think it's fake. Maybe that they make different versions of the movie for the theaters...

No photographic evidence at least. Personally, I saw JP 3 times when I was 9 (June 11th when it came out, June 16th, and I think June 23rd). These showings were all at different theaters, one out of state, where different prints of the films were, in all those times I never saw the Rex break through the wall. I thought I saw Ellie grab the leaf, but I was confusing the trailer with the movie. I'd remember the Rex breaking through the wall though, but that's not saying it couldn't have happened. Also, Spielberg was trying to keep the Rex ending a "surprise" showing the Rex breaking through the plastic just wouldn't keep that a surprise theatrical or otherwise.
