Second one in particular looks good. You should try to incorporate the "IV" into the logo, rather than just being under it.

Very awesome! I really like the second one, but the double helix on the first is also of nift!

Ah, ok. The "IV" as a footprint was a novel idea, as well.

I can see that your footprint is suppose to be IV .. but .. people will think it's a 3.
