I was just thinking about Jack Horner's work on the JP movies; how did they use him in the making of the films? i.e. Would Spielberg and crew give him the storyboards and tell him what the dinosaur would do in the scene, and he would say if it was accurate? Or did they have Horner telling them what ...

Yes indeedy, I liked looking at the poster gallery on the DVD. I liked the one that had a shot of Isla Sorna and its says above it, 'There world, their rules'. A good movie poster sends a shiver down my spine!

Hi all, just started watching my JP DVD and I was thinking about the title menus. Does anyone have a screengrab of the title menus of the new JP box set? [Jurassic Park - Ultimate Edition]

I currently have the three movies seperately, but I'm going to buy the box set in a few years so I can see ...

Just wondering about Crash McCreery and his role as concept artist for JP. He worked for the Stan Winston studio, and when they first go about designing creatures, the first step is to do concept art. I was wondering if McCreery had possibly already drawn some dinosaurs, maybe just for his leisure ...

Ah, that's good to know. At first I thought it would mean you could build unlimited buildings, but I don't think it is. It's a real pain when you run out of path...

And also, giving the dinosaurs names! "Hey Bob, I've decided to call him Theo" "Theo the triceratops, that's a good name" It truly is lame. I think Nigel Marven should go back to doing real wildlife shows like he normally does, at least then he's in his element

Hey all, as the topic title suggests I'm really looking for some more dinosaur fiction, aside from the work of Michael Crichton. I had a little browse on some lists on Amazon and I found Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's The lost world, and The Eden trilogy by Harry Harrison.

I was mainly looking at books ...
