Re:The Demo
It's possible that there's no limit, and you're only limited by what your computer can handle.

Although that might not be the best idea, really.
Re:The Demo
Even if there is a limit there will be a talented person around here somewhere which can remove it

Hehe, exactly.
Re:The Demo
Ive tried to keep one dino alive and happy for a few hours..he didnt grow any bigger. So I take it their all come in one size? Wierd. Site B crashes sometimes randomly. And yes seems like the Rex's are morons sometimes...attacking with no health instead of fleeing.

However, one time a T-Rex ran straight at a Tricerops and got IMPALED on the horns and LIFTED off the ground there was blood eveywhere he was dead before he hit the ground it was SO gory i get chills thinking about it lol. Anyone else see that? Man I really wanna play the game

There's a scripted animation of the rex and spino doing their jumble and chomp from JP3. As for their sizes, they're born full size.
Re:The Demo
Yeah, the story goes that while in the hatchery the dino's growth is sped up to get it into the park earlier. This unfortunately speeds up its growth for life, so instead of the dino being alive for decades it only has a lifespan of about 4-5 years when it leaves the hatchery. Oh well

Two more days!
Re:The Demo
Haha, I just realised that Australia would probably get the game before any other part of the world because A: It is being made in Australia and B: March 11 comes before March 11 in the US! Damn the stores better have this game when I ring up...

Hehe
Re:The Demo
I hope they dont short the PC users by focusing on the PS2 version > And I hope some PC issues like fog over the ocean, ie for me the water over it isnt fogged, yet inland water is. Would also be nice if they implemented some more visual tricks like reduced polys on trees (or even an option for minimal detail on vegetation..but still have all of it turned on) to keep the game running fast. The ground could use some bumpmapping but thats not a major gripe. The full game better not randomly crash for me like the demo or it goes back. They could also benefit from motion blur. Some PC users with mid range systems like me will want alot of tweaking options to get the game running great on our systems.

Based on the demo, I am very excited about this game. I plan to buy it for the freemode alone. I just hope they support it after release. 8)
