T-Rex is the obvious choice. If Steve is gonna break from the continuity, the first thing he should do is disregard the existence of the Spino.

Jurassic Park 4:Stephen rex strikes back!
the logo has the outline of Stephen Spielberg haunched over pretending to be a T.rex while eating Jack Horner! In the background a T.rex is doing the exact same to a Spinosaurus.

That'll confuse regular movie goers and bring more disgrace to the series than JP3 could ever hope to do.

Only...instead of Spielberg devouring Jack Horner, have it be Robert Bakker or Philip Currie.

Anyway, I heard somewhere in the JP Trilogy section that one of the official JP sites mentioned that the Spinosaurus WAS genetically altered to make it more vicious, because it was too hard to lure the T.rex out (for display in the park, of course) when it was hunting. As long as they MENTION THIS in JP4, I don't see a problem in having that ridiculous beast come back. Just...as long as he doesn't take center stage again.

The genetical altered spino thing is correct...or maybe it's just an excuse they made up when they saw the big piece of :-X they made.

I think the raptor should be on the logo i think since they changed from rex to spino I think they should use a raptor for a change. Hence the name V-Fan stands for velocilraptor fan for all you dumasses out there ;D
They actually had several preliminary designs for the JP3 logo which featured Raptors in them, and they looked VERY nice. Maybe they should look back to some of these.

Nagisa, that theory appeals to me, but I've never heard anything of it until now. Any official confirmation?

About the Spino? Someone in the JP Trilogy forum says they read it off an official Lost World website. I've not gotten any confirmation of it, myself. But if it is true, I'd like to hear it stated in the films.
