If JP IV has an open ending that means only one thing; more sequels. I don't want more sequels. Therefore it is a bad idea.

Well, under no circumstances do I believe all the dinosaurs should be destroyed to end the series. That would be an insult to it's "Life Finds A Way" theme, and therefore um... I dunno. Yeah, an open ending sounds good, even if they don't make another film. All we need to know is that the world goes on with the dinosaurs...

Scudworth: I first got the idea for Cloney Island after seeing the movie Jurassic Park 3! But my ill-concieved amusement park will be filled with human clones instead of zoo animals! It's as fool-proof as the amusement park in the movie it's self!

QUOTE When were they destroyed? Huh? Let's see - you can get DNA from ANY living creature, just by scraping their skin with an ear bud.

The scientists can get Dino DNA by taking blood out of a dinosaur. I advise you to think before you reply back.

Obivously, when they're going to export the dinos, they're going to get a blood sample. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't get a sample from the T-rex in JP2.  [/quote]

No you better think before you type. No one is allowed on Sorna (yet JP3 happened). We dont know what happened after the events of JP3 as of yet. But most likely no one has set foot on Isla Sorna nor Nublar (if there is still dinosaurs living on that island).

So your theory most likely could not work. One thing we will most likely be seeing in JP4: the dinosaurs created by InGen and their offspring. It would be stupid now to have some one else cloning dinosaurs.

Idiot.

If no-ones going to go onto the islands or scientists won't be taking dinos away from a land-research lab, then how the f*** will JP4 happen?

It'll be scientists taking dinosaurs of the islands, or some secret research lab. When they do, they'll sedate the dinos, and then with an injection, take blood samples.

It'll happen, and Jurassic Park will continue, as life has found a way to survive (as DNA). They'll send the blood away, the dinos will be killed off, then the dinos will come back in some scret Biosyn research lab. Etc...

*sighs, newbies*

There can be a Jurassic Park 4 without the mentioning of embyros or newly extracted DNA from dinosaurs.

I've been on this site before and for a while (when JP3 came out).

I only could be arsed to come onto the forum one day when i was bored. Ok - truth.

Now don't think the franchise will end like that. Maybe the films kill off all the dinosaurs, making the audience feel pissed off and sorta depressed.

Or he kills them and their DNA still exists in the hands of more scientists.

Seeing you appear to be a black-hearted ice-queen, you'd go for the audience saying "It's crap", aswell as all the critics so you'd rather see the franchise fail, rather than succeed and finish on a high note.

Really shows your character...

Not all movies need happy endings to succeed. Actually, most the top films of our time don't end happily and they're considering works of art. I really think you two should take this argument to PMs though.

I still don't get what you're saying, Smith. JpIV can't take place without dinosaurs, yet you say that nobody goes to the Island after JP///. That's what JpIV is for, you imbecile!!

Excuse me.

Now, you also say that the movie has to to with InGen's dinosaurs and their offspring, and yet nothing happens on the island after Jp///.

WTF are you saying?!

And you call jpdill a newbie, for shame... :smirk:

I'll try to explain it better: dinosaurs will be part of the next installment of Jurasssic Park, of course. But realistically the installent will have nothing to do with cloning new dinosaurs out of dinosaur DNA. There is all ready 22 different dinosaur species on Isla Sorna alone, and there are still some of them we haven't seen: like Baryonyx, Herrerasaurus, Proceratosaurus to name a few. So you see the new dinosaurs for the next Jurassic film doesnt have to be cloned since we have these other dinosaurs to yet be seen in a film.
