In a sense though no one can really say what heaven and hell are like unless a person returned from either place. A person can easily make conjecture's on what the place might like other than the fact that one of them is generally good and the other bad. To be back on topic i dont think animals really have the intelligence to sepperate good and bad and therefore when they die they all go to the same place.
