Local Critics Rave about Veiling Iris and Their Message to Youth:
"The youth present were garbed in street wear - jeans, T-shirts, caps and tennis shoes, some accented with tattoos and body piercing and even others with dyed, spiked hair. It was after all, a rock concert. But this Rock concert served a higher purpose - spread the word of God...."
-Music Scene Magazine (Shreveport, LA)
"The most notable quality of Veiling Iris' music is the melody, often accompanied by beautiful vocal harmonies. Several of the songs, with their lyrical repetition and soaring choruses, stand out as potential radio singles."

"Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them to pieces like a potter's vessel. Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth. Serve the Lord with fear, and rejoice with trembling. Kiss the Son, lest He be angry, and ye perish from the man, when His wrath is kindled but a little. Arise, O Lord; let not man prevail: let the heathen be judged in Thy sight. I shall purify all with a single blow. Mine enemies stand before mine eyes. Who shall mourn for Division XIII? Who shall mourn for the Vatican?"

Oh and the music doens't sound bad... the way he sings (for a guy with a good voice) sounds too much like slowed down rap rock... and the overall package treads dangerously close to EMO.

Emo= Kill! /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />
Oh and dude what was with the "devil's music" thing /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" /> I think the only bands that even sing about satanic and dark stuff do it for the cheezy thatrical quality. Like Iron Maiden's "The Number of the Beast" ... suposed to be like a big B movie anthem type of thing.

The only type of music that I love to listen to is classical. Some country is ok, 90% of what I listen to is classical with no lyrics. /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
