Return of the Dead
Actually, we saw the raptor jump on Muldoon. But we never actually saw him die. When the scene cut away, he was still struggling with it. With Nedry, we saw the car shake back and worth, but no evidence of death. We saw Arnold's arm, or maybe not even his arm, maybe some other unknown black man was running around. He could have escaped with a bloody limb. We saw the blood come down the river from Dieter, but a little blood doesn't mean death. Maybe he escaped. As for Mr. Udesky, Gennaro, and especially Eddie, we can pretty much agree they are dead. A miraculous escape could be feasible. John Hammond died in the first book and managed to make it all the way to the second movie, so anything's possible.

I'd actually forgotten Micheal Jeter was dead. Perhaps, I thought it a little too much to bear to bring up the dead actors. I guess Bob Peck's death due to cancer made me defensive.
It'd be funny, but odd if one of them came back.

"You sharpen the human appetite to the point where it can split atoms with its desire; you build egos the size of cathedrals; fiber-optically connect the world to every eager impulse; grease even the dullest dreams with these dollar-green, gold-plated fantasies, until every human becomes an aspiring emperor, becomes his own God... and where can you go from there?" "And as we're straddling from one deal to the next, who's got his eye on the planet, as the air thickens, the water sours, and even the bees' honey takes on the metallic taste of radioactivity? And it just keeps coming, faster and faster. There's no chance to think, to prepare; it's buy futures, sell futures, when there is no future." - John Milton
Muldoon was always a favourite character of mine, but Bob Peck's death sorta ends any chances of him returning. In which case I say bollocks to all these choices and bring back Postlethwaite as Tembo.
Jurassic Park needs more big game hunters that actually know what they're doing (unlike those foolish poachers in JP3).

JP3? Are you sure you don't mean TLW? I agree, though. Pete Postlethwaite reprising his role would be great.

Ech, I don't care if Muldoon survived or not. Bringing back a character who's actor is DEAD will only cause the Jurassic Park Industry to go downhill. Yes, it was sad that he died so young, but come on ... lets please be realistic, here.williv wrote:Actually, we saw the raptor jump on Muldoon. But we never actually saw him die. Edit: Got words mixed.
