Why no deleted scenes on the Dvds?

Was it the original DNA manipulated Jurassic Park, the return of inGen in The Lost-World, or just the worth-wild running around frantically Jurassic Park III that captured your imagination.

Why don't any of them? The lost world has a few, and people are always talking about the deleted scene in JP where they blow up the island. Perhaps the Jp Iv dvd will have all of the deleted scenes.

If I remember correctly, the deleted scenes in the original movie amounted to......about three seconds of film tops? Just Ellie grabbing the leaf and the T.rex bursting through the wall. Nothing exactly worth getting worked up over.

"Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them to pieces like a potter's vessel. Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth. Serve the Lord with fear, and rejoice with trembling. Kiss the Son, lest He be angry, and ye perish from the man, when His wrath is kindled but a little. Arise, O Lord; let not man prevail: let the heathen be judged in Thy sight. I shall purify all with a single blow. Mine enemies stand before mine eyes. Who shall mourn for Division XIII? Who shall mourn for the Vatican?"

Simply put, Spielberg didn't want them on there. Directors often have to petition studios to place them into the movie; this usually occurs if the director isn't satisfied with their work. The Jurassic Park script (Final Draft) contains all of the cutscenes known. Isla Nublar was not fire bombed at the end of the first Jurassic Park movie. It is talked about being "deconstructed" in a cutscene from The Lost World though.

And we already have the deleted scenes for TLW.. The board room and Tembo scenes are the only ones cut from TLW that were actually filmed.

yes, however most of the deleted scenes for jurassic park that we've heard about probably lacked the final touch of computer generated images.

If there were deleted scenes that were filmed (other than the T-Rex and leaf shots), I haven't heard of them. I did hear rumors that the UK version of the DVD has some deleted scenes.. Whether they're talking about the storyboarded ending or the other two scenes, I'm not sure.

I never got that. Do they mean the dinosaurs destroying it? They couldn't send people in. And don't make fun of me for asking.

Ludlow gave a price for the destruction of organic and inorganic property on Isla Nublar. I'm pretty sure from that comment they just sent a team in to handle the situation and paid them to eliminate the problem.

Jurassic Park/Lost-World; Isla Nublar and Isla Sorna were abandoned when the hurricane hit. We know from Jurassic Park III after the San Diego incident inGen technologies was forced to provide a list of animals found on the island (however, the list is inaccurate for the Spinosaurus is present).
