jurassic park soundtracks

Was it the original DNA manipulated Jurassic Park, the return of inGen in The Lost-World, or just the worth-wild running around frantically Jurassic Park III that captured your imagination.

I like JP the best, then TLW.

John Williams is the GOD of movie soundtracks.

*hugs his Jurassic Park and Star Wars CDs*

I think the original JP soundtrack is great, but for me, TLW is the best in the series. It has such great variety from classic orchestration to the addition of percussion music, and you can just feel the action much more than you could in JP.

As for JP3, well, I believe the music made the movie. Watching the film in a theater, I thought the only redeeming part was the soundtrack. Don Davis did an excellent job capturing the tone of the series, and he obviously showed a lot of effort to mimic John Williams' work. Granted, he isn't John Williams, but there can only be one John Williams.

I like both JP's, and TLW's soundtracks a lot. JP///'s I haven't really payed much attention to.

the thing that got me about the JP3 soundtract was: IT HAD A COUNTRY SONG ON IT. even though it was the last track, I was annoyed since the last 2 albums were all instrumental.

I LOVE THE JP SOUNDTRACKS (minus JP3 of course, which in my opinion was just some unknown, inferior composer butchering the greatness that is John Williams...) I love John Williams, he is my hero!!!

Oh, heh, and I like the country song on the JP3 soundtrack. I think it's funny. I also think it's funny that the song is like 5 minutes long and they only used 30 seconds or less of it in the movie.

The Lost World easily had the most varied music of all the movies. Though these themes pale in comparison to John William's Star Wars & Indiana Jones music.

I like the jurassic park theme.

I love all themes.
But Don Davis`(JPIII) is very `fast`, but the best End-Score.
John Williams`JPI Soundtrack is sure the best one, and the Lost World Soundtrack is very "jungle-feeling"! /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" />

I liked them all

But one thing I wish is

that all 3 scores would be rereleased with the music in the correct order and as it was heard on screen and have any and all alternate music put lastly on the CD
