While the dimensions you listed were correct, the last I heard was that it wasn't 100% confirmed to be part of the Dromaeosaurid family. It was only known from partial remains that indicated it might be, but didn't completely confirm it.
Also, it's a bit presumptuous to claim that it's the biggest there "ever will be." How do you know they won't eventually find a specimen that's bigger?
