I have been a BIG fan of Jurassic Park, watched it 24/7...
Then the lost world came out, was excited, I went to see it and was good but not phenomenal <--- and no I can't spell that word /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" />.
Watched Jp3... Blah, it was HORRIBLE...
Can't believe that:
1. Spielberg didn't Direct it
2. Spinosaurus beat the T-Rex
3. Spinosaurus was even there
4. Dinos were already showing sign of evolution
5. Grant was not with Ellie...
6. THE MOVIE WAS KIDDYFIED!!!
7. believe me, there's more... though, I can't remember them
But there was those select few scenes that were nice....
I gave up on Jurassic Park 3, but will alway remeber JP1 and 2
(^ to me it never happened)
BTW, I never been on a Jurassic Park community, always spent my time at Freespace and science ones, so hi /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
Jurassic Park 4, to have my attention it MUST have atleast these three things...
1. Spielberg must have a part in it...
2. To me if the original characters (excluding Hammond and the Kids) have a BIG part in it I will scream... enough is enough IMHO
3. STORY!!!... MUST FOCUSE ON THE STORY!!! without all this constant out of breath running "from the scary dinos" scenes...
Who else shares my beliefs? Discuss...
Glad to finally be here...

BTW, I just made me a leet avatar, but can't upload it?
Let me guess, you give them away?
Who else thinks that Jurassic Park IV will bomb

JP3 wasn't that bad, and it wasn't that good. It was just okay, it really could have been alot worse than it was, it's not like it was Jaws 3. I swear, JP3 bashing is the most common subject on this site. It's been 3 years, let it go.

4. Dinos were already showing sign of evolution
It wasn't evolution, watch the making of JP3, Jack Horner and Stan Winston explain it.[/quote](jdjtcagle)
Jurassic Park 4, to have my attention it MUST have atleast these three things...
1. Spielberg must have a part in it...
Spielberg WAS involved with JP3, he was the executive producer. If he has any involvement in JP4 he will probably be the executive producer. I think he even said once in an interview that he wasn't interested in directing another JP film. So don't be surprised if some no-name director gets the job.

Whoa, that was ignorant of me, I'm sorry /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />
I should have been smart enough to realize that you must get alot of Jp3 bashing, I just felt like ranting...
I hope to become a regular member, so I should probably not enter the community like this, I appologize
Anyway, post some of your ideas about how jurassic park IV, and what it takes (in your eyes) to overcome the things it lack in the other two /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

lemme use my fortune telling powers to predict how good JP4 would be... first there was the Almighty Spielberg directing the first two movies, and then there was 'the pitfall popcorn flick' JP3 directed by Jo Johnston, and now alas my prediction for JP4...mmmmmmmmm omniescient powers of divination, grant me power to predict what is yet to happen...a totally new un-heard-of director will make his/her debut in JP4 and it will totally ROCK!
