HAHAHAHAHA! I do tech support for SBC DSL! So, if your parents break their internet, and you know more about computers than they do, YOU explain the situation.
But only if you have a beige modem/router. The calls for the black ones go to India/Phillipenes.
And, I'm not naming brands because I could get in trouble if some other person that I work with sees it. /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" />
So, any SBC customers with beige modems?
