JI closing it's doors for the last time
The Jurassic Park community is saddened today with the news that one of the remaining big four JP communities is shutting down sometime this week. The decision was made after VelociraptorJI, founder and owner of Jurassicisland.ch, had decided late 2004 to make a new non-JP related site with the management of JI. For four years Jurassic island has been a leader in the Jurassic Park community after the shutdown of IngenNet. The new site built by VJI and his aadministration is located at www.terrasco.net and all former members of JI are welcome. There is no deadline as to when JI will finally shut down but is said to be within the week. In the wake of the shutdown the Jurassic Park communtiy now has only three big sites, JPDatabase, Dan's JP3, and Jpaftermath.
I'm glad that forum is going and sad to see the site leaving.
Site was a great resource, but the forum was pretty much useless. Esp. to someone new.

What makes this worseis that Jpaftermath has no updated site anymore. Hel the only way to access it is go www.jpaftermath.com/j . Dan's is pretty much a waste of space or it is to me. JpDatabase now looks to be the leader and last of the great JP sites.

Man, it's never good whenever a well-known JP site closes down... I never knew what JI was, but then again, if it's of the same caliber of the JPDb, Dan's JP3 Page, and JP Aftermath, which I know it was because of the whole community analogy above, then it's going to be a missed loss. /sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad.gif" />
InGen has risen from bankruptcy and Biosyn has bought them out... They've now came together to form a company called Biogen... And I am the Chief Executive Officer of BIOGEN!!!
