$2.50 a gallon and I got a 25 gallon tank, thats $62.50 !!!
I hope the oil companys die a horrible rancid death. Pricks.
btw, I get 12-18mpg depending on speed, if i use 4x4, and if I drive like a granny which i never do.
But its all good, I had to pull a Jeep Wrangler out of the mud last night /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

In all honesty we are now seeing the first major change in what makes an automobile work since the 1900s. The gas engine is dying. The new hybrid will be the engine for cars in the next few years.

Well, most of the major oil reserves are going to dry up within the next 30 or so years anyways, so oil is going to have to phase out eventually.
I know Britain's last oil supply doesn't have long left.

o well im sure they'll find something else to tax us on, wait, i know! speed camera's that catch kids on bikes cyclin too fast... in an ideal world for the government they would charge the earth for petrol, make everyone buy a tv license make everyone pay road tax, put speed cameras on every stretch of road that is possible to get 70 out of (cept the motorway, which also has them on the M42) oh and not to forget... £5.00 for a pack of malboro anyone?

We got plenty of OIL left... This is all just a 'parade' if you will to cover up another way ripping us off, the saudis have said they cantpump us all the damn oil WE want. The so called problem is the refinerys HERE, are not refining enough because they're old and we are driving more than we did 4 years ago......... BULLSHIT, americans are not driving anymore in 4 years. And why is it Phillips conco I belive reported a 400% profit increase from last year? Other corporations are reporting atleast 50% more profit now then last year... Thats right, they tested us with jacking it to two dollars, people payed it and went on, so they said hey lets really give it to them and jack it to $2.50...
And sorry guys, but a Hybrid or Electric won't be feeling the shoes of Trucks, Big rig trucks and tractors... They need fossil fuel.
