*double gasp* I admit I didn't really like the original Transformers all that much. When Beastwars came around I was all gun-ho for Dinobot.

Yeah, I feel the same way. As a kid, I didn't really care for the original transformers, I basically just watched it for the opening theme song. But Beast Wars was sweet, I couldn't miss an episode of that. Anyway, I'm looking forward to seeing how a live-action version will be handled. It should be one hell of an action-fest.

I have the entire Beast Wars DVD collection. I love it. Took me forever to find season 1. Season 2 and 3 were easy to find.

The original Transformers movie (1986) was a great tie-in to the original G1 animated series. I was a bit surprised by the violence of it. I cried when Optimus Prime died.

I was 4 or 5. But I still tear up at it now, at 19.

As any good fan should.

I like the orginals, those are good shows. I do love Beast Wars as well like the rest of you guys.

I have EVERY intention of going and seeing this movie when it comes out.

The bad thing about the trailer is, there are american accents over the radio's when beagle is launched etc. No offence to americans, but this was an ESA project, headed by a man who went to school 2 miles away from where I live in the UK, and launched from Kazhakstan. I know its not a big part of the film, but it just reminds me of U571 too much
