I walked down the hall into the subbasement to do the laundry. A man starts waving his hands and follows me into the laundry room and says, “Did you see that spirit?” I didn’t know what to say, as I looked at him and said “No, no I didn’t.” The man goes, “Well son what religion are you?” I said Catholic, and he says “I can tell,” I ask him how, and he says “Your eyes, you are a very gentle and kind person who has his mind set on something grand right now, but son you need to get in touch with your faith again. There is a spirit watching over you, it followed you out from your room in 1601 and into the laundry room.” Now, I’m freaked out, who could be watching over me. The man replies, “The devil can be looking to get a grasp on you, and that spirit is making sure you do not stray”

The man is a Rutgers janitor, who was down the hall cleaning out the bathroom..

Scary or what?

Sounds like that janitor has sniffed one too many cleaning products.

Meh, we got two or three spirits in the house I'm livin' in right now. One is a dark, shadowy figure that just kinda likes to hang out in corners and give ya the willies (and he doesn't like it if you call him gay). One was sent as a protector of sorts to help me out with something in particular, and there may be a third, but I'm not quite sure. The dark one sure creeps the crap outta my guinea pig though.

Many janitors are kinda freaky. A few years ago I also thought that I had a spirit in my house though. Maybe that janitor was a bit drunk?

How do you know there are spirits in the house you're living in?

Well, if it's described as a dark, shadowy figure I'd say that's a bit of imagery. So I imagine he sees it, hence that's how he knows. /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" />

But... if others see it as well, then does it exist or is it due to the lightening... and the light happens to get mad when you call it "gay," lol.
