Well, 2005 is almost over, and now is as good a time as any to look back at the best films the year had to offer. Whether you're a movie snob, or a main-streamer, there was something for you in 2005.

Here's my list.

THE BEST ...
1. Crash
2. A History of Violence (Don't see it if you're under 18)
3. Sin City (The same goes for this)
4. Hostage (and this)
5. War of The Worlds
6. Unleashed
7. Cinderella Man
8. Madagascar
9. Four Brothers
10. The 40 Year-old Virgin

THE MEDIOCRE ...
1. Mr. & Mrs. Smith
2. Fantastic Four
3. Star Wars Episode III
4. Batman Begins
5. Doom

...AND THE WORST.
1. The Island
2. A Sound of Thunder (Hate to say it.)
3. Deuce Bigelow: European Gigelow
4. The Ring 2
5. Sahara

Only two new movies I saw this year were Star Wars and Sin City. Both were excellent, IMO, but Revenge of the Sith was better. /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />

Fox was probably talking about the #1 film at the box offices this year.Revenge of The Sith made around 390 million in theaters, however, it got luke-warm reviews from the critics. Which is completely understandable, it may have been the best of the Star Wars pre-quels but it was still a disappointment.

*shrugs* I was just saying what they showed.(Harry Potter was #2)

I can't really say anything because I haven't seen all the movies

And I would ask you what was bad with it, but that would turn this into a Revenge of the Sith discussion and I don't want to take us off topic.
